Also rather expensive with only single use per plaster. I now use the EZ-Breathe Nasal Insert which really does the trick. Keeps my nose open and clear from inside, and doesn't need any extra medication or sprays. A bit expensive (under R100-00) but locally made and re-usable many, many times with reasonable care. I stopped snoring from the first use and made my wife a very happy person. EZ-Breathe is normally sold through pharmacies and health shops, but I got mine direct from the factory by e-mail to sales@snorerscorner.com. Excellent service, support and quick delivery too.
