When you suspect to believe that you have got a sleep apnea, try these things before seeing aconsultant : Keep yourself a diary – ask your bed partner to record your snoring and on how loud it was. Ask if you’ve got a disturbed breathing or are gasping or panting for air ; record your sleeping time – having adocumentation presented to your GP can help a lot.
